EzOrigin is a UK applied AI company with a specific model: build a platform that solves a named business problem, validate it with real customers, then make it available as a clean, transferable digital asset. We do not build experimental AI. We build AI that has demonstrated it works — and that can be owned outright by any organisation that needs it.
What we are
EzOrigin is not a consultancy. We do not sell billable hours or bespoke AI projects. We are not a SaaS vendor — we do not build platforms designed to create subscription dependency.
We build applied AI platforms, validate them in real market conditions, and sell them as clean intellectual property — available for outright acquisition, licensing, or subscription, with full transfer documentation included.
The model exists because there is a gap in the UK market. SMEs and enterprises need AI that works in practice — not experimental projects that require a data science team to maintain. And buyers of digital assets need AI platforms that come with documented performance, clean IP, and no hidden liabilities.
Every platform begins with a specific, documented operational problem that businesses face. The technology follows the problem — not the other way around.

The organisation behind EzOrigin
Origin Electric UK Limited is a UK-registered company and the legal entity that holds all intellectual property, domain registrations, and brand assets associated with EzOrigin. EzOrigin is the applied AI division — building, validating, and selling AI platforms as clean digital assets.
The structure is deliberate. Every EzOrigin platform is owned, operated, and transferable under a single registered UK legal entity — with no assets held under personal accounts, no ambiguous IP ownership, and no founder dependency built into the legal structure.
Leadership
EzOrigin was founded by Dr. Mayura Jayasoma (MJ), who serves as Founder and CEO of Origin Electric UK Limited. MJ brings a background in applied technology and business operations to the design of each platform — combining domain understanding with a practical focus on what UK businesses actually need from AI.
EzOrigin is designed to operate independently of any single individual. The brand, the platforms, and all associated assets are built to be owned and operated by any qualified team — before, during, and after any ownership transfer. MJ's role is to build that foundation — not to be the foundation itself.
